We recommend you start your learning journey with these two courses.  They are free:

Scrum@Scale Practioner

From Fortune 100 companies to start-ups, Scrum@Scale® transforms organizations into Agile enterprises. The Scrum@Scale framework is the brainchild of Dr. Jeff Sutherland, the co-creator of Scrum and the founder of Scrum Inc.

Scrum@Scale naturally extends the core Scrum framework to deliver hyper-productive results across industries and disciplines, including software, hardware, services, operations, and R&D.

In our 2-day course, you will learn how to apply fundamental Scrum and Lean product development skills to scale Scrum from one to many teams across any sized initiative.

Workshops & Coaching

Our workshops arei adaptive in both the agile and the platform sense of the word:  Prior to attending a course  or workshop in person we encourage learners to take a  module online.  The module is aligned with the training  content, teaches necessary skills, and serves as a diagnostic of current skills and team state. Post training, an additional module serves as reinorcement and review, and offers a post-assessment from which learning gains can be measured.   Following the in-person training additional online modules provide a rubric for teams to improve business outcomes.
